This fall, acclaimed chef and restaurateur, Marc Vetri, will expand his Philadelphia empire to the city’s Navy Yard with the opening of Lo Spiedo, Italian for “The Spit.” The 150-seat casual bistro features two rotisseries and will offer an Italian-inspired menu for both lunch and dinner.
