Antinori Truffle Dinner with Doe Run Farms

The wines of Antinori paired alongside a white truffle menu and the phenomenal produce of Kristian Holbrook of Doe Run Farms. Niccolo Maltini, the national brand ambassador for the Antinori family will be on hand to share some of the estates’ most exciting offerings from all over Italy. The oenological tour will take us from Montenisa in Franciacorta to Cervaro della Sala in Umbria to Prunotto in Piedmont, and of course to Tuscany, as we’ll be opening 1990 Tignanello for the main course! Farmer/cheesemaker extraordinaire Kristian Holbrook will also join us to showcase some of the best produce and dairy available in Pennsylvania. Recent transplants from the legendary Blackberry Farms in Tennessee (where Kristian headed the cheesemaking operation), he and his wife Haesel now run Doe Run Farms in Chester County, which is already one of the great local agricultural treasures and a source of many Vetri Degustazione ingredients on any given night. We hope you can join us for some great wines, great company, and of course, heaps and heaps of fresh white truffles.
