East Meets West Celebrity Chef Event

East Meets West will bring together celebrity chefs (including Osteria’s Jeff Michaud), culinary luminaries, farmers, wine makers and “foodies” from both coasts.  The event will be anchored by two event dinners, as well as a day of book signings, garden tours, food wine demonstrations and wine classes.

Hosted by Arrows Restaurant in Ogunquit Maine and its chef/Owners Clark Frasier and Mark Gaier, the event will showcase chefs, people involved with the growing and creating of food, and wine makers all of whom are committed to sustainability, organic husbandry, traditional methods of food making and just good food.
